Affiliate & Influencer Disclosure Policy

ReachWell works with affiliates, creators, and influencers (“Partners”) to promote our products. To ensure compliance with FTC guidelines, we require all Partners to:
Required Disclosures
Partners must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with ReachWell using phrases such as:
- “Paid partnership with ReachWell”
- “Sponsored by ReachWell”
- “I may earn a commission from this link”
Disclosures must be:
- Visible (not hidden in hashtags)
- Before or above the fold of the promotional message
- Included in video audio + on-screen text
- Included in Stories, Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
Prohibited Statements
Partners may not:
- Make medical claims
- Claim diagnostic, treatment, or cure capabilities
- Misrepresent product performance
- State or imply they received clinical benefits from ReachWell services
- Discuss diseases, treatment outcomes, or therapeutic claims
Review Requirements
ReachWell may require content approval before posting.
