ReachWell Health, LLC (“ReachWell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) aims to provide a smooth and transparent testing experience. The following outlines our policies regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.

Refund Policy

Subscription Plans

ReachWell does not offer refunds for subscription periods in which a test kit has already been shipped.

Pre-Pay Plans (“Pre-Pay & Save”)

For customers who choose a pre-paid multi-month or multi-kit plan:

  • Payments for these programs are non-refundable once processed.
  • This applies regardless of whether all test kits in the pre-paid period have been shipped yet.

Returns

For safety, regulatory, and quality-control reasons, ReachWell cannot accept returned test kits (opened or unopened).

If a cancellation or refund is approved under a special circumstance, you may keep, dispose of, or gift the unused test kit.

Returned kits cannot be processed, restocked, or reused.
