UGC & Content Release Policy

By submitting content to ReachWell Health, LLC — including testimonials, reviews, photos, videos, social media posts, or other user-generated content (“UGC”) — you agree to the following:

1. License to Use Your Content

You grant ReachWell a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable license to:

• Use
  
• Reproduce
  
• Display
  
• Publish
  
• Distribute
  
• Edit or modify
  
• Create derivative works
  

from your UGC in any media format for marketing, advertising, education, or product improvement.

2. Representations

You confirm that:

• You created the content or have permission to share it
  
• No one else’s rights are violated
  
• Any individuals in photos/videos have consented to be included
  

3. No Obligation to Use

ReachWell may choose to publish or not publish your UGC.

4. Revocation

You may request removal of UGC from future materials by emailing support@reachwell.health.
Already-published materials cannot always be retracted (e.g., print, ads, prior campaigns).
