Welcome to ReachWell Health. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how our products, testing services, digital tools, AI insights, and other offerings work. These Terms apply to your use of:
- https://www.reachwell.health
- Any ReachWell mobile application
- At-home blood testing kits or related products
- The ReachWell dashboard, insights, and AI-driven tools
- ReachWell marketing programs, subscriptions, or communications
These are collectively referred to as the “Services.”
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
1. About ReachWell
ReachWell Health, LLC (“ReachWell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) helps people understand their health through:
- At-home blood testing
- Biomarker tracking
- Personalized dashboards
- Educational recommendations
- Optional wearable data integrations
- Optional supplement recommendations
- AI-powered health insights
ReachWell is not a medical provider.
We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Future services (such as saliva/urine testing, telehealth, prescriptions, or expanded clinician support) may be introduced later and governed by these Terms unless stated otherwise.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Reside in the United States
- Be able to enter into a legally binding agreement
- Use the Services for your own personal use (unless authorized otherwise)
3. What ReachWell Is — and Is Not
3.1 ReachWell is
- A wellness, educational, and data-visualization platform
- A service that uses third-party CLIA-certified labs to process tests
- A dashboard and analytics system
- An AI-powered insight tool
- A non-clinical informational service
3.2 ReachWell is not
- A medical practice
- A clinical service providing diagnosis or treatment
- A provider of emergency care
- A substitute for professional medical advice
ALWAYS consult a licensed clinician about your health.
4. Not for Emergency Use
ReachWell must not be used:
- For emergencies
- For urgent medical issues
- To diagnose or rule out medical conditions
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
5. User Responsibilities & Representations
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All information you provide is truthful and accurate.
- You will only submit your own sample, unless explicitly permitted to collect a sample for another consenting adult.
- You will use test kits exactly as instructed.
- You understand that biomarker results may vary over time.
- You will not misuse or interfere with the Services.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
6. Testing, Lab Processing, and Test Limitations
ReachWell uses third-party CLIA-certified laboratories to process samples.
These labs are responsible for:
- Sample handling
- Test performance
- Analytical accuracy
- Quality control
- Generating biomarker results
6.1 Limitations of At-Home Testing
At-home sample collection has inherent limitations. Results may be affected by:
- User error in collection
- Insufficient blood volume
- Delayed shipping
- Heat/cold exposure
- Lab processing variances
- Biological fluctuations
- Medications, hydration, supplements, stress, or time of day
6.2 Lab-Related Delays or Issues
Results may be delayed due to:
- High lab volume
- Weather disruptions
- Holidays
- Carrier delays
- Sample integrity issues
If a sample is unusable (QNS, hemolyzed, clotted, leaking, expired), a replacement may be offered at ReachWell’s discretion.
ReachWell is not liable for:
- Postal carrier delays
- Lab processing delays
- Lab errors beyond our control
- Tests discontinued, replaced, or updated by labs
- Changes in biomarkers or reference ranges
7. AI-Generated Insights
ReachWell may provide AI-powered insights. By using the Services, you understand that:
- AI insights may be inaccurate, incomplete, or reflect model limitations.
- AI outputs are informational only and not medical advice.
- AI should not be used to make medical decisions.
- You must verify any health interpretations with a licensed clinician.
- You are responsible for how you use AI-generated insights.
ReachWell does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI outputs.
8. Wearable, Device, and Third-Party Integrations
If you connect wearable devices or third-party apps (e.g., Apple Health, Oura), you agree that:
- Data accuracy depends on the device or provider.
- Device data may update slowly or intermittently.
- Device outages, sync errors, or algorithmic changes may occur.
- ReachWell is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or missing wearable data
- Device malfunctions
- Connectivity outages
- Third-party data changes
- Incorrect or missing wearable data
All use of wearable integrations is at your own discretion.
9. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
You can cancel anytime through your account.
Refunds
Refunds, cancellations, and kit replacements follow the ReachWell Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Pre-paid plans are non-refundable once processed.
Subscriptions are non-refundable once a kit has shipped.
Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
10. SMS Terms (If You Opt In)
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive:
- Account notifications
- Shipping updates
- Testing reminders
- Optional marketing messages (if you opt in)
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Carrier fees may apply.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
11. Beta Features and Early Access Tools
We may offer certain features as beta, experimental, or early access.
These features:
- Are provided “as is”
- May be changed or removed at any time
- May produce errors or incomplete functionality
Use beta features at your own risk.
12. Intellectual Property
All ReachWell content, software, analytics, branding, and materials belong to ReachWell.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any ReachWell intellectual property.
13. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the Services
- Use the Services for fraud or identity theft
- Misrepresent your identity
- Test biological samples without consent
- Upload harmful code
- Scrape data or reverse engineer systems
14. Termination
You may close your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- You violate these Terms
- We suspect fraudulent or harmful activity
- We discontinue or modify the Services
Certain rights (e.g., arbitration, IP protections) continue after termination.
15. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
- We disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not liable for:
- Lab errors outside our control
- Testing limitations
- Device and wearable inaccuracies
- AI-generated information
- Lost profits or indirect damages
- Delays due to carriers or labs
- Lab errors outside our control
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the previous 6 months.
16. Arbitration Agreement
You agree to resolve disputes with ReachWell through binding arbitration, not in court.
- No judge or jury
- No class actions
- Administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA)
- Held in California unless otherwise required by law

17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflicts-of-law principles.
18. Modifications to the Services or Terms
We may update or modify:
- Test panels
- Pricing
- Product features
- AI systems
- Platform functionality
- These Terms
If changes are material, we will notify you as required.
Your continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
