ReachWell Health, LLC (“ReachWell,” “we,” “us”) partners with independent third-party laboratories to perform testing services. ReachWell does not operate a laboratory, does not process biological samples, and does not perform any clinical analysis.

All testing is performed by independent CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited laboratories (“Lab Partners”). All clinical review, where applicable, is provided by independent healthcare partners.

1. Independent CLIA-Certified Laboratories

All laboratory testing is performed by CLIA-certified Lab Partners. ReachWell is not a laboratory and does not hold a CLIA license.

2. No Guarantees on Turnaround Time

Turnaround time estimates are provided by Lab Partners and are not guaranteed.

3. Sample Failure or Insufficient Quantity

If a sample cannot be processed due to insufficient quantity (“QNS”) or quality issues, ReachWell may request a recollection at no additional charge or provide alternative options.

4. No Medical Advice

ReachWell does not provide medical advice or clinical interpretation. Any clinical review is performed by independent healthcare providers (if offered).

5. Not for Diagnostic or Emergency Use

ReachWell wellness testing is intended for general wellness, education, and personal insight — not for diagnosis, treatment, or emergency decision-making.
